Shipping & Delivery

A flat rate of $10 will be charged for every order within Australia.

A flat rate of $20 AUD will be charged for all international orders *

 

* PLEASE NOTE:  For our international orders, due to COVID 19 our shipping has increased to $35 and economy shipping options are suspended in Australia for now. We can only ship through our priority service. International orders should expect delays on all orders for the time being,  as soon as postage options change and revert back to normal we will adjust our rates accordingly. We use Australia Post for national and international deliveries. 

You have the option (recommended) to add a signature on delivery to your order. This will incur an extra charge of $2.95

PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post has advised that "signature on delivery" will NOT BE AVAILABLE within Australia until further notice. 

We strongly  advise you make sure that your order is shipping to a "secure" location, as once a package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Australia Post collects orders from our Frenchs Forest location on Monday, Wednesday and Friday by 9am. Therefore orders placed on Friday -Sunday will be despatched on Monday 9am EST. Orders placed Monday-Tuesday will be despatched on Wednesday 9am EST. Orders placed on Wednesday-Thursday will be despatched on Friday 9am EST. 

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided by you at checkout. Invoices will be sent upon request only. If your order is urgent and requires postage outside our allocated delivery times, please email us at info@theayu.com.au to request "urgent" delivery.

Any delays beyond our delivery times could be a carrier issue and Ayu does not accept responsibility for delays of this kind.

Please note that all product pricing indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollars.

Orders to countries outside of Australia may be liable to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your product may incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. AYU takes no responsibility for these charges. 

For tracking updates for international orders please contact your local national postal service and quote the tracking number provided by AYU sent via email notification first before making an enquiry.
