A flat rate of $10 will be charged for every order within Australia.

A flat rate of $20 AUD will be charged for all international orders.

International Orders: Please note that there are significant delays with sending parcels internationally due to the current lack of international flights leaving Australia due to global flight restrictions. Expected delays up to and in excess of 4 weeks depending on your location. By ordering internationally you are agreeing that you accept the significant delays incurred.

We use Australia Post for national and international deliveries. 

You have the option (recommended) to add a signature on delivery to your order. This will incur an extra charge of $2.95

PLEASE NOTE: Australia Post has advised that "signature on delivery" will NOT BE AVAILABLE within Australia until further notice. "We are doing everything possible to keep delivering during the current Coronavirus pandemic. Most of our Post Offices are still open, while our posties and drivers are working to get your parcels to you. 

However, the challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delays as our business adopts additional safety measures to protect our people and customers. Other factors contributing to delays include fewer domestic flights, international delays and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.

These delays can be up to a few days, and we ask that you bear with us during this challenging time. Thank you for your support and patience."


We strongly advise you make sure that your order is shipping to a "secure" location, as once a package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Australia Post collects orders from our Frenchs Forest location on Monday, Wednesday and Friday by 9am. Therefore orders placed on Friday -Sunday will be despatched on Monday 9am EST. Orders placed Monday-Tuesday will be despatched on Wednesday 9am EST. Orders placed on Wednesday-Thursday will be despatched on Friday 9am EST. 

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided by you at checkout. Invoices will be sent upon request only. If your order is urgent and requires postage outside our allocated delivery times, please email us at to request "urgent" delivery.

Any delays beyond our delivery times could be a carrier issue and Ayu does not accept responsibility for delays of this kind.

Please note that all product pricing indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollars.

Orders to countries outside of Australia may be liable to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your product may incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. AYU takes no responsibility for these charges. 

For tracking updates for international orders please contact your local national postal service and quote the tracking number provided by AYU sent via email notification first before making an enquiry.
