We advise upon receiving your order that you fully inspect the item for any damage and contact us immediately if there appears to be any issue with the packaging or your purchase. Photos may be required.

Contact via email will be required within 14 days of purchase in order to make any claims.  Claims made beyond this time frame will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

The cost of sending the article back will be at cost to you. Upon receiving the item we will offer a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) or we will send you a replacement (which ever is preferred). Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Please provide us with accurate contact information so that we may easily be able to contact you if any issues occur. Ayu will not provide your details to any other organisation and will keep all details confidential.

We advise that you test patch your Ayu scented oil on the inside of your wrist before using and if rash or irritation occurs discontinue use immediately. All our products are for external use only, do not ingest. Colour and sediment may vary from batch to batch due to seasonal and environmental diversity.

Once payment has been received it will be assumed that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions mentioned in the above statement.
